Eh, not so much a goal for me... more as i progress with everything else in my life if I can get there casualy as I am now... why not? I'll just keep chuggin' along... can't wait to bulk and put some more mass on though :evil:

I will keep it clean by NOT eating the bread at the table, by avoiding white pasta served... and only eating chicken parm (if that's what they're serving again MMMM GOOOD :D)... i WILL take 2 seasapures before and 1 Gluc-R :D

And HOPEFULLY if it's still light out... or not.. i'm doing sprints later :evil:

Re: supps ... if you decide to eat the B or P ... take 2 sesa 2 gluc BEFORE and 2 & 2 after ... Then do sprints... :)
 
:) Good point... "just in case" supp pocket will be in full effect, lol.

I have to do sprints tonight, gotta get my ass in gear for these updated progress pics! :evil:
 
Dinner meeting canceled... so what'd I do?!

Went to the gym

This was a first for me... went to the gym for CARDIO ONLY.

Treadmill...15 minutes semi HIIT

StepMill... I dont' even know, 2 "sets" until i couldn't do it anymore... I think i climbed 30 flights or so? sweated my ASS off.
I used level 10... 7... then up to 12 both times.... does it go higher? i dunno..

Bike... 15 minutes more...

I did cardio for a good 45 solid minutes total I think...

Seated Calve raises 3 sets
Hypers 3 sets
leg raises... 1 set, those are boring, i don't like them.

Excellent Cardio session... my shirt hasn't been this soaked in a while, i need to do this a few times a week.... these cardio sessions, good stuff... along with my sprint sessions? I dunno... maybe alternate "gym cardio weeks" and outside sprints.

Yup, I killed it on the stair mill per your suggestion!! Man those are rough!! It was GREAT!
 
Step Mill is my favorite cardio. I do them exspecially next day after squats/legs. And those days a level 5 is most challenging....... :evil:
