Nothing really noteworthy other than form felt really good and I was pleased with all the lifts here:)

The 405 is coming , but I don't have the best workouts when I'm with my gf so I just have to make do and It didn't feel like it would happen today.

You are getting strong bro! Keep killin it my friend, i'm loving the high rep delt flys. Just incorporated them a couple weeks ago thanks to your log and i'm getting some new lines on my traps and upper back already!

You can thank BU24 for the rear del flys he is the mastermind of that! And thx 225x20 was exhausting haha . I feel like front squatting tonight but we will see. I need to clean up my act food wise these next 3 weeks as I he vacation in Mexico with my gf and I want to be cut up . So I may drop a little water weight and a couple pounds but nothing drastic!

20 min stretching and foam rolling

Face pulls x many x many

Just crushed biceps lightly and stretched more. Our general Forman quit yesterday so I'm staying a week longer up here and I have taken over his position from Forman to Gf! More money for me:) guess all the hours ive put in have shown hard work pays off.
Anyways I was given today off
To rest and gear up for another week( will have been 28 days in the bush by the end of this next week)
Instead of resting I'm going to gym hardcore today!

20 min warm up foam rolling and excruciating hip flexor/'abductor stretches, god damn I'm tight down there ( that's what she said :P) and I need to seriously get these stretched out. I'm going to the chiro today for some adjustments and a deep tissue massage man I cant wait!

Front squat
Worked my way up to 225x12( tough)

Seated Military press
95x25x20x20( just kept form clean)

Side laterals
15xmany dropset 10x many drop set 5 x many
2 sets of this

Rear delt cable crossovers
40per cable x failure ( 3 sets)

Seated rear delt flys
8lbs x 40x40x40( 20 secs between sets)

Couple sets of pullups
More excruciating hip stretching

I wore my heart rate monitor today and I burned 600 cals in an hour 15 of
Fast paced lifting ( it's a good quality monitor ) heart rate would get up to about 120 at the end of those squats and an average of 110 throughout the hour
