20 min warm up foam rolling and excruciating hip flexor/'abductor stretches, god damn I'm tight down there ( that's what she said
) and I need to seriously get these stretched out. I'm going to the chiro today for some adjustments and a deep tissue massage man I cant wait!

Worked my way up to 225x12( tough)
Seated Military press
95x25x20x20( just kept form clean)
Side laterals
15xmany dropset 10x many drop set 5 x many

Rear delt cable crossovers
40per cable x failure ( 3 sets)
Seated rear delt flys
8lbs x 40x40x40( 20 secs between sets)
Couple sets of pullups
More excruciating hip stretching
I wore my heart rate monitor today and I burned 600 cals in an hour 15 of
Fast paced lifting ( it's a good quality monitor ) heart rate would get up to about 120 at the end of those squats and an average of 110 throughout the hour
