Well I ended up doing a ton of track and bike sprints / abs and then crushed biceps / triceps. I didn't want to leave

Mike- next time you work your triceps-- try this strength circuit. Do it like 3-4 rounds
DB Neutral Press (close to chest to focus on tricep more)
Then hop onto body weight dips
Then either band pull downs or cable pull downs then overhead rope extensions.
The press should be from 5-8 reps
Body weight prolly 6-12
Cables-whatever you got left.
