5x5 journey to incredible strength

Heading in for the 3rd sesh today yah I'm bored. Going to explode arms

Forgot to mention I took a pre workout about 15 min ago looooook out son!!!! I'm patiently awaiting the gf I feel like a crackhead this stuff can't be good for you but I feel energetic as can be!
Well I ended up doing a ton of track and bike sprints / abs and then crushed biceps / triceps. I didn't want to leave

Mike- next time you work your triceps-- try this strength circuit. Do it like 3-4 rounds

DB Neutral Press (close to chest to focus on tricep more)
Then hop onto body weight dips
Then either band pull downs or cable pull downs then overhead rope extensions.
The press should be from 5-8 reps
Body weight prolly 6-12
Cables-whatever you got left.
