Legs. Mind empty heavy metal cranked.

Warm up, 20 min body weight split squats, sumo squats , stretching and foam rolling. I should do this more often, it helped every lift. Now to the good shit.

Front squat all ass to grass
135x12
185x12
225x12
245x10
275x5x5

Leg press
4 plates a sidex25x25x20
Super set with calf raises (presses)

Good mornings
95x15
135x12x12
155x11( I wanted that 12th but form was slipping)

Explosive Back jump squats
135x12
225x8x8( these Effed me up)

Back squat
315x5 (ass to grass)

15 more minutes stretching, foam rolling)

My legs are done.

I wish I could squat every day. I really am hitting the fronts hard lately. I can perform them better it feels, only thing is the wrists are getting sore bending them back at that weight, but it feels like they are adjusting slowly.

Tonight is push day and I can't wait to get off work an just destroy it.
I was stressed out Friday/ yesterday cause I had to move all night and day didn't even sleep Friday cause my mind was full of fuck. Today I have 0 stress and am moved In and days off are just around the bend ( Thursday is a week of gym and eat and sleep) time to take my training to the next level of strength.

On a side note I'm about to be working with an Olympic lifter once a week or every other week and he's going to teach me how to properly clean and snatch / press / jerk. All the explosive moves.'im real excited for this!'

Why don't you try crossing your arms instead of bending at the wrist?

Really? When did you move to mc.murray? This last week? I don't know if I would ever want to live there
