Pull day
Was lazy as could be and it's because my legs ass and all lower body are still very sore and stiff from all them squats / sprints and deads.
But I put forth a solid effort and in turn had an insane workout !
10 minute bike ride WU
100 close grip pullups
3 sets wide grip behind neck pull downs (140 is all I could manage after them pullups)
Seated cable rows (3 sets 140x 12ish)
Bent over BB rows (3 sets 135x18ish)
I proceeded to do a half hour of bicep curls of all sorts, never have they felt so tight)
Finished with a whole bunch of side laterals as I feel they are lacking. And then DB shrugs with the 100s
I felt so good once I got going I didn't want to stop. I have eaten supper and I wish I could go for round 2!
