5x5 journey to incredible strength

Pull day
Was lazy as could be and it's because my legs ass and all lower body are still very sore and stiff from all them squats / sprints and deads.
But I put forth a solid effort and in turn had an insane workout !

10 minute bike ride WU

100 close grip pullups
3 sets wide grip behind neck pull downs (140 is all I could manage after them pullups)

Seated cable rows (3 sets 140x 12ish)

Bent over BB rows (3 sets 135x18ish)

I proceeded to do a half hour of bicep curls of all sorts, never have they felt so tight)

Finished with a whole bunch of side laterals as I feel they are lacking. And then DB shrugs with the 100s

I felt so good once I got going I didn't want to stop. I have eaten supper and I wish I could go for round 2!

Good shit hah I feel you on the lat pulldown after the pullups it feels so much heavier. Man my lower body is sore as shit too. You are going to get sick results from doing 100 pullups like that so often.

Insane push day

Pork roast, liver n onions chicken fingers fries minestrone soup!

Warm up , flat flys 40 lbs . 2 minutes of strait flys no break

Flat DB bench
75x20!
90x12
100x10
Incline bench
135xmany
185x5x5x5x6( short breaks)

Military press DB

Worked way up to 60x12
(shoulders were already fatigued)
Superset with front raises)

Side laterals ( weak point, going to hit as often as I can)

Tricep ropedowns
Whole stack x 10x10 drop set half stack x10

Hammer strength dipping machine
2 plates a sidex30x30

Bunch of other stuff
Too I can't remember,
But something crazy is happening since I'm eating big and clean... I'm making insane gains and I can rep for absolutely ever it seems. Unless its very heavy. Makes me wonder if the tb500 I've been taking for 2 months has anything to do with this?
