5x5 journey to incredible strength

Hey keep your head up bro. I can relate to the girl problems, the sleepless nights, waking up at 4 in the morning thinking about her, and the next day it's all you think about, etc. That shit can get into your head like nothing else can. Just her a little time. Hope it's something you can work out man. You said something similar to me about this and you were spot on: that frustration can be turned into the most violent workouts you'll ever have with the right mindset. I'd have been much worse off if I didn't find a way to cope with it. Don't let it drag you down man and again hope you can work it out.

By the way, I'm liking that 100 pullups thing you did the other day quite much
 
Thx guys !! Its nothing that can't be worked out just something that had me stressing all night and still even today. Sucks. Had a real good workout last night though, I didn't want to stop and come back to reality.
The 100 pullups really worked my back like I haven experienced in a while! Next time I'm thinking 100 pullups with a 20 lb DB in my knees.

Workout 2

Been in a savage mood all day. And boy did it pay off
Weight 204

15 min intense bike warm up followed by 5 min of body weight lunges
Front squat ( 2nd time today)
Worked up to 245x5( Pr)

Flat bench
Worked up to 275 x3

Back squat
355x3( 3 sets of 315x5 before attempting)

Deadlift
375x5 1 set

Finished with 10 min bike ride to help out legs

Just the best workout I have had in months

Took in a fair amount of pre workout but hey I don't normally use it so today was a treat.

DB military press seated
60x16
75x8
80x5 ( pr)

Major ab circuit with gf. She demands the cardio and abs I demand at least one heavy lifting exercise :)

Your weight is flying up damn bro!
Come to think of it, the size I lost while in Africa is coming back quick as well, looking full again haha awesome feeling! Keep it up boss

Today my legs ass and pelvic are so effing sore I can hardly walk let alone pic up a screw. Good thing im supervisor :)
