Ok 15 min pre breakfast cardio ( bike ride)
Time to clean up my diet . Still eating to gain but I have cut out lots of sodium and fast sugars / dried fruit... Had to cut the smarties out too lol
Going for a week vacation to cabo at the end of september so I don't mind a little beef to me just want to minimize the nasty sugar/ sodium bloated look.
Will be crushing some major weight tonight!!!
