5x5 journey to incredible strength

Ok 15 min pre breakfast cardio ( bike ride)

Time to clean up my diet . Still eating to gain but I have cut out lots of sodium and fast sugars / dried fruit... Had to cut the smarties out too :( lol
Going for a week vacation to cabo at the end of september so I don't mind a little beef to me just want to minimize the nasty sugar/ sodium bloated look.
Will be crushing some major weight tonight!!!

I been playing around with this for a lil while now n it's given me that "aggressive" look in the trap region.

Basically after every push set (overhead, incline or flat) superset with band pull apart or face pulls- nothing heavy that would effect your pressing but enough to get the work in.
If you look in my log today, I did floor press- between each floor press, I did band pull aparts. Just an idea.
Alternate between focusing on pulling with traps and with rear delts.

Hey man thx for the idea I always put them to use :) I still use the 60 rear delt flys superset with heavy incline DB press. That is savage !! I'll try your idea tonight as im going to do a chest and back night tonight!

Warm up
100 pullups . Started with sets of 12 finished with sets of 4. Tough and grueling but I made it.

Incline Bench
Worked my way up to 225x3!! Huge Pr

DB flat bench
Made my way up to 100x5

I think this is all I did . I did like 8 sets of each bench exercise

I did some planks and situps too.

Damn girl troubles last night didn't even sleep.

3 am- 1 hour bike ride up hills/ sprints

Walking lunges . 60 lbs per hand

Split squats
Hammy curls
Hip thrusts
Front squats 225x5
That Is all ... fuuckkkk

Relationship problems suck bro! Just remember life goes on. You get to choose your mood with it though. Try to make the best out of it! Solid workouts
