Decline DB press

Weighted dipping machine
2 plates a side x many x 3 sets
( focus on leaning forward and isolating Lower chest )

Flat bench 225x5
185x12fast pausex4 x4
135x12 fast pause x6x4
95x15x8x4 ( chest just pooched )

2 sets close grip pushups to failure

Flat flys
45x15 ! ( stronger than I thought I was)

65x10 ( sloppy form on last few)
35x12 x3tight squeeZr

40lb Ez bar curls with partner , pass bar back n forth 8 times repping to failure each time no break in between sets. This was a sick burnout

Haha pop in as often as you like I enjoy the company!! But bu24 is the guy with the wicked snacks I just eat whatever food I can get served here in camp!! And I'm digging the pancakes lately damn I can't get enough!

Oh I did it tonight killer workout

Warm up
Hammy curls 1 legged.
35 lb per legx30x30x25x20
All sets back to back one leg after another

3 plate leg extensions ( kept it light just to get blood pumping, could easily rep 6 plates)

Squats
225x12x12x12
315x8x8x6

Front squats
135x20(ouch!!!)
135x15x12

Stiff leg deads
225x12x12x12 ( great form)

Smashed calves on seated calf press

10 min light bike ride
Ready for the drumroll
...... Weight ......199!

It was incredible I'll update my log with pics, videos and a full explanation. Hitting gym Thursday morning 6AM back to usual grind.
