Sick ass assistance workout turned into upper body massacre
Shoulder DB press
45x20
60x15 drop set 35x12
75x12! Drop set 35x 10 ish(was complete Failure)
50 x16 drop set 35x12(failure)
Seated shoulder press maching
50 lbs per side x 20 reps 2
Sets just to burn out
Face pulls 40x30 drop set 25x failure
(3 sets, all super set with reverse grip tricep press downs strait bar)
Overhead tricep rope extensions
Somewhere around 120lbs for many many reps superset with more face pulls
Chest flys high pully
25lbs x failure 3 sets
Dipping machine
2 plates a side x failure 2 sets
Reverse incline rear delts
30 x 40 superset incline DB press60x15
3 sets of this, made it to incline 90x9
Ab rotation
This was an epic workout !
Incredible Meal to follow ( it's not clean dieters look away... I need my calories back)
