good to hear that bro, I had a little setback myself two weeks into my cycle with a couple broken ribs

Went from 201 to 192 in less than 3 weeks lol

I'm on the bounceback myself, right at 192-193, just not on any gear.

Yet;)

No these guys all know I've been on a quest for 200 for a while ! I was real near but had some food poisoning knock me back a few I say I'm around 193 right now

Oh okay. I was also hoping to reach 205 for football. Unfortunately I'm also being set back. I was 190 in June then I injured my knee and I'm currently in the hospital bed awaiting surgery, weighing 180 now :( I hope you reach your goal tho bro!

5x5 deload , no longer sick with salmonella, took it easy energy almost fully back but not yet the weight !

Squat

Bench 225x5

Sick ass assistance workout turned into upper body massacre

Shoulder DB press

45x20
60x15 drop set 35x12
75x12! Drop set 35x 10 ish(was complete Failure)

50 x16 drop set 35x12(failure)

Seated shoulder press maching
50 lbs per side x 20 reps 2
Sets just to burn out

Face pulls 40x30 drop set 25x failure
(3 sets, all super set with reverse grip tricep press downs strait bar)

Overhead tricep rope extensions
Somewhere around 120lbs for many many reps superset with more face pulls

Chest flys high pully
25lbs x failure 3 sets

Dipping machine
2 plates a side x failure 2 sets

Reverse incline rear delts
30 x 40 superset incline DB press60x15
3 sets of this, made it to incline 90x9

Ab rotation
This was an epic workout !
Incredible Meal to follow ( it's not clean dieters look away... I need my calories back)

Killer numbers on those 5x5 lifts. The squat and bench! Nice.

Lat pulldown wide grip

120x20-25
160x12 dropsEt 100x12 + 8 more behind neck
180x8 drop set 100x10 + 8 behind neck
180x6 behind neck

Close grip pulkdowns
180x12 drop set 100x12ish(3 sets.. Serious pump happening)

DB hammer curls
45s x20 drop set 25s d failure
Super set 50lb escurl drag curlsx failure

Seated cable rows close grip
140xmany
160xmqny
180x8

DB rows
80s x 20 or so 2 sets

Rear delt cable crossovers
Cant recall but it was many

Sick amount of calf work pump was so strong I felt like they would burst!

I then went on to hammer some front shoulders on the hammer strength machine

Couple sets of pushups

And then a 3000 calorie dinner. Serious. I was cribbing trailers all day in the sun I easily took in 5-6 k calories

Dinner was protein shake and half cup of oats
