Had a couple drinks last night with the gf went dancing sorta ( I suck)
Slept for 12 hours and boy I feel good. Going to cheat tonight and have pizza I deserve it! Going to hammer out the weights tomorrow I can't wait'n
I should have known something was up at the gym yesterday I was feeling like throwing up all session. I don't know how I did what I did yesterday. I have a wicked stomach virus or something I never ever get sick but today I am I had Boston pizza wings and pizza a few nights ago but I don't think that's what did it. It's my last day off work too good thing I can just lay in bed watch movies all day.
I'm a little late on this log haha but I'm following it now. Great numbers man keep up the good work.
That REALLY sucks about the stomach virus. I got strep a few weeks ago. Still went to the gym everyday but it ruined my workouts :/ A stomach virus will take you out of the game. Hopefully it'll be gone fast since you are healthy and active.
After wrestling season I wanted to get all my strength back so I downloaded the SL's iPhone app. I did the program for about a month or so but my strength went up like crazy! One o my favorite programs cause I love to do squats. The app only had me do 1set of DL's idk why. After that month my bench was 300lbs, squat 525lbs. I could never max on deadlifts though. Our teacher wouldn't let us go over 225lbs.
No these guys all know I've been on a quest for 200 for a while ! I was real near but had some food poisoning knock me back a few I say I'm around 193 right now
