Well , tonight I had to do a workout with the gf her style. Let's just say after an hour and 15 of track sprints bike sprints rows and a stepper mixed with abs, I can hardly function or think ! can't eat I still feel nauseous. That was the hardest workout I have had in forever. 200 will take a few days longer after that biitch of a workout !! On the plus side my cardio is still decent as tough as it was once I found that rhythm it felt good- Mike
