5x5 journey to incredible strength

Well , tonight I had to do a workout with the gf her style. Let's just say after an hour and 15 of track sprints bike sprints rows and a stepper mixed with abs, I can hardly function or think ! can't eat I still feel nauseous. That was the hardest workout I have had in forever. 200 will take a few days longer after that biitch of a workout !! On the plus side my cardio is still decent as tough as it was once I found that rhythm it felt good- Mike

Couple really good workouts 2 days in a row . I get an unexpected 5 days off work thank God I'm just exhausted. Will be more thorough tomorrow ;)

Just a sick workout

Went to gm with gf. She wasn't feeling it so after some arm warm ups and abs / pullups / pushups we left.

Got home I went for a run in the sun and I ended up running 5k. My endurance is just sick now. At the halfway point of my Run I stopped in at the local gym I usually don't go to. The chick let me in for free. I hammered biceps for 20 minutes strait with no rest in between sets just light barbell drag curls, then heavier hammer, light hammer curls and so forth so on until seriously my arms were going to explode!!
I left with the biggest pump I've had in as long as I can remember and ran 2.5 k home. I am now pigging out !

5 days off work woo hoooo!!

Morning
3km run with gf. I don't know why but my joints really feel good and I am weighing 191 these last few days. It seems everytime I get up over 195 I start to feel sluggish and lazy and I don't know how to overcome this. Anyways these runs have felt
So damn good out in the sun drenched in sweat music bumping. Life's good. About to go hit the gym for some deads and a full body workout. Woohoo! Energy levels seem to skyrocket when I drop a few pounds and my strength stays the same who knows it's frustrating. Still , 6'0 191 lean isnt the worst thing I guess. Just 200 would be better.
