Crappy day at work and crapoy workout ..stressed out lookin after 5 new employees makin sure they don't eff up is a real task lol . Not to mention I am crippled from last nights leg routine, I mean can hardly pick up a damn screw off the floor good god. This effected my workout also ten fold, just moping around.

Myself I totally had a moment of weakness in the gym and just Said eff it tomorrow is another
Day. Need to do laundry and go for dinner but I find myself lying in bed ready to sleep at 630 pm .
