Good job on the bench PR. Does that exclamation mark on box squat mean a PR also or just a great set?

I dunno lol my squats were right up there once before I'll just say a great set for now. Next time I need to break that. Thx for the support buddy!!:)

Crappy day at work and crapoy workout ..stressed out lookin after 5 new employees makin sure they don't eff up is a real task lol . Not to mention I am crippled from last nights leg routine, I mean can hardly pick up a damn screw off the floor good god. This effected my workout also ten fold, just moping around.

7 min bike ride slow pace

60 rear delt flys on incline Bench

Bunch of side laterals
Bunch of shoulder presses
DB shoulder press 65x10x10

Rear delt
Cable crossovers

Ugh I'm upset at
Myself I totally had a moment of weakness in the gym and just Said eff it tomorrow is another
Day. Need to do laundry and go for dinner but I find myself lying in bed ready to sleep at 630 pm .

3 days off work

Smashed arms again tonight they need a little more size

20 min bike ride and lots of ab work.

My muscles are really filling out now I'm really liking my results

Strong as an ox I repped the whole stack of tricep press downs with ease for multiple reps tonight. Best Anavar Ive ever used muscles are hard as rock and pumped right up :)
I'm pretty tired going to sleep in tomorrow hit the gym 3 days in a row with the gf and catch some sun and relaxation I am just worn out from work
