Workout 2
Long Hott day of work in the sun
The gear is def kicking in , I decided to drop the tren e im not Ready for the possible sides as i just became supervisor at work and i may be on the verge of killing someone already
I am thinking of saving it
For a future time. So I'm just going to stick with sust 525/week Anavar 40/ day maybe bump to 60 and I'll use the proviron I have at 50/day. I can feel the sust though it's like a caged lion I hit a serious workout tonight with prs.

10 min with 4 1 minute sprints super set with 20 BW dips off handles
Sick workout for me, also , I tried something the last few days, I been eating a bunch of sandwiches n shit
In between my regular meals, pounding 5 k calories of clean food is impossible to stomach just get so bloated with all the fiber from oats
And shiit, so white blueberry bagels, some white pancakes at breakfast, a little this n that. I felt
Great with all that food in my belly !! I hit 5k calories today with the help of bologne Sammie's , whole eggs mass peanut butter, sardines oats n whey,
Wow time to pass out !
