Do you ever change hand width on pushups?

Trying to figure out how much this effects different parts of my pecs

Yah man I just started doing pushups again I usually only cycle between close ( like form a triange) medium and wide I dont mess with incline or decline really, but it seems to be working as my pecs are sore lol

Arms
Warm up 60 rear delt flys x 2 sets 5 lbs
25 lb x 12 rear delt flys

Standing hammer curls 25 x many
35x30
45x12x12

Standing ez bar curls 50x many
75x15drop set 40x10ish

Sanding strait bar belly drags

40xmanyxmanyxmany

Skull crushers
60x20 superset cgbp
80x13 superset cgbp
90x10 superset cgbp

Tri rope press downs
40lb x12x12x12 (short rests)

Dipping hammer strength machine
180x20x20x20
230x12x12(these were rape) this is my fav hammer strength machine ever!

Ab work.. Been struggling to sleep proper the last little while I think it's a combo of hangin with the girl , the 30 above heat and the gear running through me, I'm back in camp tonight let there be sleep!

Ugh man I know about the camp food and feeling stuffed, I always eat so goddamn much in camp+ I don't have to make it myself. But it's good for putting on mass :evil:

Haha yah I need the calories though since my appetite seems to be huge right now I am going to just eat eat eat! I should have thought about using eq.

I use this. Cycle on n off- so do the 60 days then take 3 weeks off- then start it again- works well- my back (if u look in my most recent pics) is wide as hell compared to rest of my body.

May wanna try it out

Yeh you could add stuff into it if you want like burpees ad BW dips if you want instead too. I did 30 days of dips/pull-ups and bw squats.

Workout 2

Long Hott day of work in the sun

The gear is def kicking in , I decided to drop the tren e im not Ready for the possible sides as i just became supervisor at work and i may be on the verge of killing someone already :P I am thinking of saving it
For a future time. So I'm just going to stick with sust 525/week Anavar 40/ day maybe bump to 60 and I'll use the proviron I have at 50/day. I can feel the sust though it's like a caged lion I hit a serious workout tonight with prs.

5 min bike warm up
Incline DUmbells
Warm up 70x20 ( PR I felt as though I could rep forever)
90x10(pr)
100x6 (pr)
Face pulls
60x12x12x12
Rear delt cable crossovers
25x20x20x20

Deadlift
315x5x5x5

Squat 315x5x5x5 ( Pheeew still got
It!)

Dumbell rows
80x12x12x12

Incline bench
135x20
185x5
195x5
205x5 ( had a little help on last rep.. Deep reps too right to the neck)

Incline treadmill sprints
10 min with 4 1 minute sprints super set with 20 BW dips off handles

Sick workout for me, also , I tried something the last few days, I been eating a bunch of sandwiches n shit
In between my regular meals, pounding 5 k calories of clean food is impossible to stomach just get so bloated with all the fiber from oats
And shiit, so white blueberry bagels, some white pancakes at breakfast, a little this n that. I felt
Great with all that food in my belly !! I hit 5k calories today with the help of bologne Sammie's , whole eggs mass peanut butter, sardines oats n whey,
Wow time to pass out !

4am 20 min bike ride 11 pushups 11 reverse lunges 11 pullups

( concert tonight in McMurray I won't be working out , I wont be drinking either since I am on Anavar.
