Tried some stupid pec dec machine , felt funny so I bailed on it
I have just been working out whatever I feel needs work lately . I have a site ass left quad I def tweaked it a week ago doing those box squats so I am working around it. Still aiming for the athletic jacked look so I keep my training half cardio/sprints and mixed with weights. I am getting noticeably bigger all around but still pretty lean. Good thing I told the gf what I was up to before hand cause she would def be asking questions now lol. On a side note, anybody know much about b12 injections, she has low b12 and I gave her a shot in the butt this morning and she seems to be lifted onto cloud 9.. She hasn't had one In over a year but after seeing me do one to myself she trusted me enough to give her one.. Been reading up on it and it's dirt cheap i wonder if us as athletes / gym rats could benefit from additional b12 for energy and whatnot.
