Ate like a savage as of late and I feel a little shitty from it but I sweat it out hardcore this evening!

Took a day off yesterday to hang out with the lady for Canada day, cheated on my diet with a bunch of finger foods but thats ok:) Can't always be anal or else It would drive her nuts. Kept away from any liquor though

Incline walk 20 minutes decent pace.. Experienced slight calf pumps today from the Anavar I suspect.

275x5 ! ( PR! With spotter but I wouldn't let him help on the 5th I forced it up cleanly.)

I just did a bunch of assistance work after this as work has been very intense lately and I didnt get alot of sleep last night. I did calf raises , curls,
Pullups , clean and jerk ( lighter
Weight) and a few ab exercises.

I'm going to get
A good night sleep and hit a 4am workout then after work hit
A workout with the gf in town.

I have endless energy and muscles are getting very tight and hard lookin already this var is def legit.


Feeling great as of late!

Good day!
20 min warmup on bike hard pace. I have decided to start squatting heavy on a regular basis again hips are feeling very good these days , 10 mg Ostarine seems to be helping also

Leg press 350x30x30
500x25x25

Box squat ( sit onto flat bench and stand up)

225x25
315x5
365x5!
385x3

Barbell lunge
135x12x12 ( just 6 per leg)
Superset with stiff leg deadlift
135x12x12

Minor calf work
A couple 3 minute planks

Legs felt really good today damn I am happy with that they are shaking still an hour and
A half later

Strength and weight are feeling up.
Didn't weigh myself though but I can tell. Maybe workin out with the gf inspired me and I pushed her hard aswell she did her first set of proper squats and mastered the form with 15 lbs on each side of the oly bar damn I was / am impressed!
