Workout was short but I was sweating like crazy had to let my body know to prepare itself. I still have 2 days off left I will be in McMurray Chillen may have a couple double workouts
Pleased to announce all my bloods came back in range about a week ago.. Been off for a while I'm happy to say I have started something exciting to me.

I also have proviron.. Should I use it??? 50 mg /day maybe?
Sust and tren are both new to me . My training will not change will keep cardio up to par always. This is a bigger cycle for me but I think I will enjoy it, it's the most test I've run so far. Goals are to be jacked lol and athletic , look good naked while being strong and fast I guess... I'm just being honest !

That's all but it was a real good workout through and through and I felt very strong. On a shitty note I got a ticket on the way up here that sucked.. 112 in an 80 = 300 bones... Fuckin highway speed changes from 100-80 for a hidden km what a greasy bastard.
