20 min on treadmill slow pace intervals of dips off handrails every couple min

Hit shoulders and tris hard and some ab work. Won't be posting numbers I'm beat.

Dinner, also ate a large bowl of Muslix cereal. I'm eating like a tank and im losing weight fawking 187 today. Calories have been upped. Only had 2 days off work these past 30 days... I'm tired and can't wait for Friday I'll be taking 4 days off

4 am workout

Fasted cardio 20 min on bike

Just worked on some light stuff

Rear delt flys
Read delt crossovers
Abs and more abs

Hip thrusts ( going to town tonight to workout legs with the girl:p)

I did a few pullups

Nothing noteworthy but I had a sweat
Going and a pump, I'm enjoying these short 4am workouts I'm up at 4 everyday anyway and just lie in bed until 5, seems
To give me a nice energy boost for the day.

Will post my pm workout later if I get the chance or else I will tomorrow

Workout #2

Legs
20 min bike ride good intensity legs swole from this

Leg extensions
Whole stack for multiple reps 3 sets of 12ish about 280 lbs I think

Leg press 4 plates a side x30
5 plates a side x20
6 plates a side x 10 ( all of these sets were prs!!!)
My legs were seriously feeling good today!
Squat
315x5x5x5 ( nothing noteworthy but felt nice and deep squats)

I did some weird other leg press too for the whole stack 500 ish pounds but to be honest the way it was set up it was easy.

I worked out with the new girl I've been seeing I think she was a little blown away by the leg press's I pushed her hard also her legs are def going to hurt :)

We did a ton of abs too

Savage workout !
10 min bike 10 min eliptical

Back extensions
-35 pound plate held to chest
18 reps , drop set 12 more bw
-45 lb plate , 15 reps drop set 8 more bw ( 3 sets of this)

Deadlift 225 x12x12
275x8
335x8x8 ( went lighter with strict form)

Bench press
175x12x12
225x5
245x5
265 x5( form felt so good)

Lat pull down
120x18x18
140x15 drop set 100x failure ( was around 8)
160x10x8

Dumbell rows

80 x15x15x15

Biceps
Warm up 30 lb hammer curls super set with 50 lb ez curl bar reps to failure

Strait bar curls
60x18x18
80x12 ( form feeling so good on all lifts!)
100 x 8 drop set 40 x failure !!

Standing military press

95x20x20x18x15
Again hips, shoulders , rear delts, everything feeling perfectly aligned and pressing evenly .. This is rare for me so I took advantage Hopefully to slowly program my body to even out.


This workout was so good. :)!
