430 am workout
20 min bike ride

Face pulls 60x20x20x20

Medium grip upright rows
50x20x18x16

Superset with curls
50x20x20x20 ( easy but squeezed hard arms are starting to show signs of improvement!)

couple sets of abs and leg raises

That's about it I am loving waking up in camp and a 2 min walk to the gym for a light morning workout ! It's refreshing lol . Dont like waking up in camp but I'm making the best of it!
Weight was 191 and I'm getting extremely lean !

Hey man, how did u like doing 5x5. If ur chiro didn't say otherwise would u rather still be doing it? I was curious cuz since I saw you in fort Mac I shattered my leg. 5 compound fractures in a biking accident. Got more titanium in my right leg than bone below the knee. Won't even be starting rehab for about 10-12 weeks. Couple more surgeries on my knee and shit. In the mean time I'm gonna diet down try and keep fat off and plan my routine for... Idk next year lol. Thinking 5x5 as soon as I can pick up an oly bar and work up from 45 pounds. Cycling every other day. Or you like traditional splits better since u went back to that

Damn man I'm sorry to hear that but I guess that's the risk you get doing extreme sports I've broken many bones dirtbiking and other activities, wouldnt change anything either I love it. You should look into some Ostarine and tb500 peptides for a faster recovery. I hope you heal up quickly man. Truth be told, I like 5x5 a few times a week maybe twice a week and two times I'll do curls and other assistance work. I have a hard time following a set plan I just like to go in there and work my ass off at whatever I feel needs work. I have more fun that way. I almost always do a heavy compound every time I go though . Let me know how your doing it was cool to meet you we will have to hook up again when your feeling better. Take care buddy!

Yeah thanks guys. It's the life we choose. I been dirt biking, mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, skateboarding, or anything else I could think of as long as I can remember. Guess I'm do for a big injury lol. But man what a spectacular wipeout hahaha wish I had the go pro. Gonna be a long 8-10 months. Gonna plan out a new routine I guess and wait. It's hella motivating wishing you were trying for a pr but not even being able to move your own leg. I'll check out those supps. Gonna get hgh for after my knee surgeries. Otherwise just kill that shit for those that can't guys!

A few curls for the girls lol

That's about it some slight ab work but overall a good day.

Will try for a light 4 am workout again tomorrow. Maybe haha. Tomorrow concludes my working shift , I just finished a 31 day shift with only 2 days off. I get 5 days off here to hang
Out with the new girl I can't fuckin wait for a break from this place. But the paychecks are sick.
