^i like AM workouts cuz the rest of Day I'm energized and I just feel good knowing I kicked ass in the gym. Plus PM gym time means way too many people and too many guys just taking up space conversing.
Slipped up on my diet lastnight on a date but I guess I could use the extra cals but damn I still feel guilty 5 Double rum n cokes big steak garlic shrimp bread cheese oh damn ! Just got back to camp will smash weights later!
Tonight will be absolute destruction of my back, hamstrings were acting up in bed last night while getting intimate Lol so I know I'm doing a good job hitting them hard! Ahhh leg cramp lol
