5x5 journey to incredible strength

Hahaha early morning workouts are so hard for me.. Earliest ive gone is 5 I think.
 
^i like AM workouts cuz the rest of Day I'm energized and I just feel good knowing I kicked ass in the gym. Plus PM gym time means way too many people and too many guys just taking up space conversing.
 
Slipped up on my diet lastnight on a date but I guess I could use the extra cals but damn I still feel guilty 5 Double rum n cokes big steak garlic shrimp bread cheese oh damn ! Just got back to camp will smash weights later!

Tonight will be absolute destruction of my back, hamstrings were acting up in bed last night while getting intimate Lol so I know I'm doing a good job hitting them hard! Ahhh leg cramp lol

Had to drag myself to the gym I was so tired
10 min on bike

Just did a bunch of upper body stuff

Dumbell rowed 100 pounds for 15 reps which is a PR

Lotsa curls

Did 2 sets of 60 reps for rear delts again I'm really starting to like this

Incline db press 70x12
80x8

1 arm seated cable rows
40 lbs x20x20

Pullups super set with lat pulldowns
3 sets

Incline bench 135x12x12x12
Narrower grip than usual

That's about it felt tired
The whole time but had a
Sorta decent workout
