Thx for the feedback guys

Today's workout wasn't the best I was tired has to haul a crap ton of drywall again we should hire a laborer lol but I guess it keeps me fit!

10 min bike 10 min treadmill sprints

Rear delt flys
3 sets 10 lbs 45 reps roughly ( couldn't make it to 60!)
Super set with incline bench 135x15x15x12

Side laterals stuck with 10 lbs and hammered out a whole bunch

Super set with just holding a heavier pair out to my sides for a long period of time

I did some cable flys too but truth be told im so damn tired im ready for bed it's only 730z

Time to go make up for yesterday's feeble excuse of a workout

20 min bike ride mixed in sprints

Front squat
135x15x15
185x12x12x12 this was tough havent
Done these in a while

Back squat
275 x5
315x5 ( just threw em in to tell my body not to forget about em)

Single leg ham curls
50 x25x20x20(wow!)

Seated calf raises
1 plate per side x 30, quick pause 20 more, quick pause , 15ish or so

Did this 2 times .. Rep range isnt 100 percent accurate but it was near these. I couldn't walk after

Single leg squat machine thingy

50lbs x10x10 ( felt awkward but it hurt the quads good)

Seated hammer strength shoulder press
1 plate per side x30 quick break x 20 quick break x15 , x 12,x8

2 sets of that it was rape on the shoulders and didnt feel any joint pain or stress

Rear cable crossovers 20 per cable x25x20x20

Few dumbell curls nothing noteworthy

Overall a much better workout and much better mood energy
Tempo.
I'm seriously tired again and ready for bed. Supper here was insanely bunk. I need more

Seriously .. This is a gooder I am pumped!!
10 min treadmill sprints

Arms circuit.
20 lb ez curl x 80 ( serious burn lol )
Super set 20 lb dbell hammer curls x alot

40 lb ez curl bar x 30
Super set 30 lb dumbell curlsx12

80 lb ez curl barx12
100 lb ez curl bar x7

Reverse delt flys on incline bench
5lbs 60 reps
Super set incline db press 70x10
5lbs 60 reps .. Stand up 10 more bent over flys
Super set incline db press 80x8

Incline barbell bench
135x20 ( Pr..I think!)
135x15x12x10x8

Weighted dipping machine 2 plates a side x 20x20x18

Cable flys
25 x15x15x12

Major ab circuit

Bent over flys ( heavier)
25 lbs x 10x8x8 form felt surprisingly great on every lift today!!

I swear I did some other stuff but who knows I can't remember It was a wtf day hit whatever I please and it felt great... Weight was 194 I dunno how or why but I felt it in a good way.. Awesome pump and energy weeeew!

Good motivation plus I have been staying over at her place afterwards and the gym sessions seem to bring us closer together it's a total turn on Pumping weight together

Hammered out a 4 am workout before work

20 min on bike
3 sets back extensions 45 pound plate, 15 reps, drop plate and do 10 more bw

4 sets cable tricep press downs
60 lbs 12ish reps

4 sets side lateral raises 25 lbs 12ish reps

That's about it short
And sweet. Got a date tonight woohoo ;)
