Ok , day 1 of 31 days of work.

Day started shitty as fuck, was going to bring bike up north, I get 2 km from home and something fouls up in my carbs, I pushed the 400 lb beast all the way home what a cardio workout . Took me an hour . Damnit I was mad.

Made it up here in my car here's my workout!!

Shoulders
No warmup today lol

Dumbell military press
35xmany
50xmany (felt very light)
60x12
70x10 ( PR).. Huge Pr actually

Clean and press
135x8
155x6
175x4 ( damn failed on 5th!)
175x3

Side laterals
20x12
25x12 (had to alternate last few reps)

25x10 drop set 15x12

Rear delt cable crossovers high pulley
20x20
25x18x18x16

Rear delt flys

25x12x12x12

I feel incredibly strong . Today was a good day I weighed in at 189 but feel bigger . Time to eat haha

20 min bike ride

Deadlift 315x5x5x5
375x5x5

Dumbell rows
80x5
100x5x5
100x10 ( DUmbells max there so I just repoed em out

Bicep curls

Stuffed my face I need more fuel I'm tiring out .

Good deadlift man but don't be complacent!! Get those numbers up! It's impressive but ceiling is still up there

Complacent I want moar!! Always! I don't have any videos but I'll try to get one, form is clean I may round slightly on last rep but nothing to be worried about I don't think.

Worked my way up to 30 x12

Flat dumbell press

90x10
100x8 PR... I think

Incline hammer strength chest press
3 plates a side x 12x12x12

Hammer strength dipping machine
3 plates a sidex12x12x12

5 minutes on elliptical

Abs
Flat bench
225x5x5x5

My workouts are slowing down but work is tough and I'm trying to keep up.. Weight was 192 today.
