Ok , day 1 of 31 days of work.
Day started shitty as fuck, was going to bring bike up north, I get 2 km from home and something fouls up in my carbs, I pushed the 400 lb beast all the way home what a cardio workout . Took me an hour . Damnit I was mad.
Made it up here in my car here's my workout!!

I feel incredibly strong . Today was a good day I weighed in at 189 but feel bigger . Time to eat haha
