Heythx man I think I could pull 405x5 ... I think. My grip is slipping I forgot my chalk at home but my back is responding amazing to my training lately. Time to crush chest into oblivion!!!!and I'm pretty sure I'm fully recovered I'm going to have bloodwork done In a few days soon as I'm home from camp here

With A bunch of bench press 225x5
With 5 sec pause at bottom half inch from touching chest

Dam. You did those deads with no grips?! That's mean. I would lose grip after two lol.

Yeeeah I guess I have decent gripping strength probably from cutting sheet metal for countless hours some days with the tin snips! :P That is a serious forearm workout !! Keep practicing deads with no grips and your grip will drastically increase. What do you use supinating grip or both over hand?
And try chalk the bar just sticks to your hand if you use chalk;)

I train in Japan so I don't use chalk... But I use a double over hand grip. (I use it in progression to my cleans). I used to do a over under grip but the under hand grip hand would always get in the way of the knee.

20 min bike ride pretty hard pace
Squats 225x12x12
275x10
315x8x8x6( wish I coulda improved I this but that's all I had today)

Deadlift
315x5x5x5
375x5x5x5
405x3 (PR no chalk!) felt so nice form is really improved
405 x 2

Single hammy curls
75x12x12x12

Calf raises on leg press , 3 plates a side until failure 3 sets
Seated calf raises
1 plate per side till failure x 3 sets

That's all. Very happy about deadlift :)
