5x5 has anyone changed the program to do bench and squats mom-tue-fri

No good. Those are generally heavy lifts and you body needs time to heal and grow. I NEVER work a body group more than once a week. And i usually don't workout more than four days a week either. If you think you have an area the needs more attention, stay at the gym longer. Maybe shorten rest periods between sets.

If you want to do the 5x5's program I would suggest you do it as designed for 12 weeks. There is alot of data out there that it works.
