4 day split?

what is a good 4 day training split?
ex.mon.-chest/back
tues.-quads./calves
wed.-off
thurs.-arms
fri.-hams./claves
and abs on day of training
would this be a good split or should i do chest and back seperately, but do 1/2 arms with them(chest/tris. and back/bis)?
 
I would never have enough energy to really hit both my chest and back on the same day. How about this 4 day split:

Back/Bi's
Chest/Tri's
off
Legs
Shoulders
off
off
 
oh yeah!

damn,i completely forgot about shoulders! i will also be on the crumb diet, don't know if this makes a difference just thought i would mention it!
