i was curious what would be more benficial for my ectomorph body style a 3 day split or 5 day bodypart per day type of workout. With a good diet is it possible to grow off 3 days a week. obviously my goal is bulking here so please any advice is welcome
depends on how you train......... powerlifters do what is called feeder workouts..... which is working out..... but speeds up recovery........... i will try to encorporate these into my workouts when i start to get ready for my show........... it just depeends on how smart you train..... remember..... there are no maximums for everybody
