Nov. 30th workout *Biceps, Triceps)
A1) 4 sets of 8 Skull-crushers (40lbs) (TUT-5sec)
A2) 4 sets of 8 45 degree seated DB curls (20lbs) (TUT-5sec)
3 sets of 8(40lbs)4(35lbs) 3(30lbs) Machine tricep extensions (TUT-5sec) -drop set
3 sets of 8(15lbs)4(12.5lbs) 3(10lbs) Standing Bicep curls (TUT-5sec) - drop set
B1) 3 sets of 14 pushdowns (60lbs) (TUT -3sec)
B2 3 sets of 10 cable curls (35lbs) (TUT -4 sec)

Cardio 15 minutes.
its amazing how plan and ordanary people can be.

3 sets of 12 DB bent-over rows single (15lbs)
3 sets of 12 seated cable rows (50lbs)
3 sets of 12 seated DB curls (10lbs)
3 sets of 21s (20lbs)
4 sets 12 of decline crunches

10:00
2 oz chicken patty
4 oz of carrots

1:00
1/2 oz almonds
1/2 oz sunflower seeds

3:30
2 rice cakes
banana
layer of NPB (I guess 2 tbsp)

6:30
4 oz steak
1 tbsp coconut oil
5oz cucumber
