20 rep Squats just suck the life out of ya.

Lol squats always drain me too, on squat day thats all I will do, nothing but squats for 30-45 mins, 5-6 sets high numbers.

In between ill just go lie down on the floor and try to recover, people just stare and make funny faces, but seriously, I would like to see them go try heh.

Leg curls 4 x 20 reps
Leg Extentions 4 x 20 reps
Squats 4 x 20

Squats are up 30lbs in a month from this routtine...I'm I'm dieting with cardio ED....lost 14lbs this month.

You finish up with 2 different calve exercises.

I follow the same exact program. Thanks to you know who.
