20 rep Squats just suck the life out of ya.

I did that in highschool for a few weeks. I did it 3 times a week, too. It was hell.
 
What helped me was meditation before the lift. Go through all 20 reps in your head first. Then, kind of go into a trance. Go to sleep for the first 16 or so reps. Then wake up and do 4 reps.

Onec I get to weight that is heavy for me I always use visualization. Works great.
 
I've been doing this in the following order, all sets damn near failure:

Leg curls 4 x 20 reps
Leg Extentions 4 x 20 reps
Squats 4 x 20

Squats are up 30lbs in a month from this routtine...I'm I'm dieting with cardio ED....lost 14lbs this month.
