my peak week is as follows..
sat/sunday 50g carbs... water1.5 gal
monday 75 g carbs water same..i start adding in extra C here
tues 125 g carbs water same
wed 100g carbs water 1.5 gal add in B6
thurs 75 g carbs 1.25 gal start reduce salt here
fri 50 g carbs all beef and grapefruit..1 gal water. by 6 ..no added salt
sat
3.5 oz steak 1/3 c yam
2 hours later 1/2 pr bar
2 hours later 3 oz steak 1/2 c yam
b4 pj rice cake w/ pb and jelly and a bit of candy
switch to chic and yam in the afternoon.
I have used this method for my past 5 shows..and it is perfect each time.
