150-50-25. do able for me.cardio is 2 40 min ss and 5 hiit for 20-25 mins. I am crazy ready on top...striated veins funky shit happening! but the butt still needs to come in...errr! I am worried that I will loose size on top....IM 2/4/6 weeks out.
