i have doen this legs workout only 2 weeks. cant say if it helped at this stage fo the game. i really only believe LOW low bf is hwat truly does it. i hit legs ALOT....2 a week with weights and my boot camp class 2 x. i think us girls need to hit them much harder and more often then men. starting my carb up..SP and rice water cut to 36 oz today
im here! went to nyc for team U and of to LV thurs for usas//working not competing! still training hard and keeping diet in check..3 lbs over contest weight. i will catch up next week!
