Seated Chest supported rows
4x12s @ 87.5kg ea side full rom with straps

Face-Pulls
2x12s @ 50kg

Arms
2x12 curls
2x12 push downs
2x12 single arm push downs
2x12 single arm preacher curls


Bench is really starting to fly now 165 x 3 is a personal best im stoked with how things are travelling thanks to @UGL OZ for the on-going support and my team @ UGL oz for continuing to drive me day in day out...things are only going to get heavier 😄💪

physique is big and lean @abolone Definitely improved. I can remember you from a couple years ago. You've come a long way, I think.
