This is 13 weeks post surgery today.
I have not been able to do any real push moments since the tear happened in Mid-November (no chest pressing moments, overhead pressing, ect… over about 5kg)

Range of motion is almost back to full this week,
@Yuri1 It, bro, you a warrior like me. Come back, strong from your surgery.

🔥 UPDATE:

It’s a rest day today, so my step count and calories will come down just a tad today. Nothing dramatic as I don’t like high fluctuation in hunger or activity when I’m in a defect.

Just made a bit of a lower cal, higher volume tabouli salad to add to my chicken meals today.

This was: Tomato, cucumber, parsley, onion, pickled onion, chilli mix, sumac mix. I make the pickled onions it too.

Allow weighed out obviously, but I’ll use this over a few meals today.
