
EF log update: Friday - Legs

BIG ELITE FIT FAM ENERGY! Hope all my bros are kicking off the day ready and loving it.

4am killer leg session this morning, Thos is my second leg session for the week with my new programming and new coach - could not be happier with the amount of progression we are making in such a short period of time.

I’ll have much more comprehensive updates with the changes over the next few weeks, right now I’m focusing on trying to perfect the new system and style of training.

Food has been going up weekly, and at an all time high whole body composition is stll holding on all thing considered.

TD calories currently at 4,500 and climbing. Appetite and digestion are going strong with hunger still high and zero issues digesting any of my meals.

My strand post workout meal - slowly filling up this 2lt bucket (half a gallon for my US bros)

the meal: cream of rice, rice, low fat greek yogurt, whey, blueberries, cinnamon, salt, honey.
