- DB bench press 50lbs up 5lbs 2x9 45lbs 2x15 up in reps
- Hammer curls(long head) 35lbs 3x30 up in reps
- Incline bench low to high flies 10lbs 4x15 up in reps
- Incline bench db curls (short head) 30lbs up 5lbs 4x10
- Wide grip dips 10lbs 3x15 up in reps drop set
- Close grip ez bar preacher curls 85lbs up 10lbs 4x10
- Chest fly machine 85lbs 4x15 up in reps

Also I don’t get paid till the 9th so I might run out of primo before I can re-order. So I might miss one dose. Will that greatly affect my cycle? I still have tons of test and var.
