What’s going on guys, I’m 25 years old, got my OCB pro card 2 years ago and placed 2nd in my first pro show (men’s physique). I’m looking to take things to next level and compete in NPC. I’m 100% committed to giving up my natty status, and was wondering where most of you guys source your enhancements. Wishing everyone the best!

to start off before you give up your natty status or anything else, we need to know more about your status now and how you train diet and more, please share your current journal with the EF family, in a NEW thread add your training diet sleep supps and more and we will guide you into a cycle and more, takes 15-20min

HOW-TO LOG?

  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

___ = the name of your log
example: My Training Nutrition Pre-cycle Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle
