Does cardio on an empty stomach ever lose it's effectiveness?

what would be better options when youre doing cardio before breakfest....taking a few grams of bcaa or as i always done, taking 10 grams of protein?

and how much bcaa would be optional?

the last years ive been afraid of doing morning cardio cause of the fear of loosing mucsle...

Apparently, BCAA's can cause gluconeogenesis when doing fasted cardio, which is apparently a bad thing. Most people tend to sway towards sipping 10-15g of BCAA pre/peri/post cardio.

I had my first Fasted cardio this morning and i felt great afterwards. Not sure if it was that or the two thermoprue caps i took, but i was wide awake afterwards! I wanted to go ack to sleep as its my week off, but no! I was doing LISS on the rowing machine today but once i get my new running trainers, ill go for an early morning jog down the college field. Would HIIT be overkill fasted?
