Read that in a magazine recently.. very true I thought.. and an essential attitude to have about your workout schedule if you truly want to achieve your goals.

How many times do we hear people say: "I don't know how you find the time" or "I just couldn't find the time". Well, as with all things, if you want it bad enough, you'll make the time.

That thought got me up at 5:30 this morning for HIIT, after having worked a 15 hour day and getting in late last night. I didn't want to find the time.. but now (that I'm done, lol) I'm glad I did.

What other quotes or thoughts inspire you when you really want to skip that workout, or eat that slice of cake?
 
I have always said....if its important enough to you....you WILL find time...

For those ladies(and men) who say there isnt time to do am cardio.....out them in a bikini on a beach in 3 weeks and see how fast that ass gets to the gym
 
Someone told me once: "If you don't eat it, you don't have to burn it off."

I think of that when I'm tempted to eat crap -- doesn't always work, but it does help!!
 
Right now my day goes around "well <whatever> will have to fit in somewhere between my house & downtown for work because I'm doing cardio early in the morning, or between work and the gym (30 min drive in a different direction), I need to know ahead of time if I have to leave the gym early to do <whatever, like tanning> or it has to be on the way home (back out west) after the gym & cardio. There is absolutely no time for anything else outside of my cardio, my training, my cardio and my food prep time for the next day.
