Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone can give me some workouts to do without any weights, dumb bells, etc. My parents dont want me to start going to the gym yet until summer vacation begins, i jus wanna know some exercises to do to get me through the time. i know the obvious like pushups, crunches, and such but i really need some exercises that target my biceps (nope, dont have a chin up bar). thanks in advance
