I was wondering if it is ok to work out your chest and arms twice a week. I want to get a bigger chest and bigger arms. I have gotten a lot bigger since working out, i started at 170 got up to 205 and cut to 190 where i am currently. But i am not satisfied with the size of my arms and i want the full pecks too. I am thinking that if i keep working out the way i have been, where i do
mon: chest/back
wed: lower body/ lower back
fri: arms/shoulders

I will not get much bigger where i want to. Is it ok to do something like
mon: Chest/back
wed: lower body/ arms
fri: Chest/ shoulders with maybe a little bit more arm workouts

is that ok or is that not enough rest for my muscles to recuperate

I just want bigger arms and more definition in my pecks

You can definitely workout muscle groups twice a week (I do that for all of them lifting 6 days a week). Generally, 2 days off between hitting them again is fine. Why are you not training legs at all?

biceps don't need to be worked out often... in fact they should not be overtrained.

muscles like abs and calves yes you can train them frequently.

i recommend with biceps weighted pullups, monkey bars, etc. too many guys stand in front of the mirror doing 100 sets of curls and then wonder why their results suck.
