2 tbspns of almond butter
1 cup of oats
1 cup of whole organic milk

(combine all in a shaker and hit it with an emersion blender and its like chocolate cement!!!)
Meal 4
10 oz ground turkey 93/7
2 cups rice medley (brown, red and black barley-Trader Joes-3 bucks for 1 1/2lbs-3minutes int he micro-all set to go)
6 oz string beans
2 kiwi
Total
5,112 calories
144.48 g F
469.92 g C
482.10 g P
Water
at least 5L's a day sometimes 6
I will switch the meals around in sequence order to change things up a little and stay SANE. And ill swap out the chix and turkey once in a while for lean beef and salmon but I'm trying to avoid a ton of red meat because of my family history of high cholesterol on both sides. all of my lipids and blood work are perfect with the exception of my cholesterol. I did everything i could within the past year and a half with diet, exercise and natural supplements to get it down and it still wasn't good enough. so ill be taking a small dose of lipitor to keep it under control.
with all the being said, I'm not sure on the macro breakdown, i think i may need more healthier fats, not a huge fan of avocados. I shop and cook in bulk to save time and money, but i know its not a cheap sport so I'm wiling to drop so dough on special items if need be. Thanks
