I am REALLY liking this! It's so relaxing. I may start recording them while I'm gone to work so I can do them in the a.m. before cardio. Although that would mean I would have to wake up earlier.![]()
Also, I don't know if I should take another day off from the gym. I don't want to end up feeling worse, but that little yoga workout kind of rejuvinated me. I guess it will depend on how I feel this evening, and it will depend on if hubby will want to go to the gym later.
