12:30 - Namaste Yoga (fitTV)
I am REALLY liking this! It's so relaxing. I may start recording them while I'm gone to work so I can do them in the a.m. before cardio. Although that would mean I would have to wake up earlier. :rolleyes:

Also, I don't know if I should take another day off from the gym. I don't want to end up feeling worse, but that little yoga workout kind of rejuvinated me. I guess it will depend on how I feel this evening, and it will depend on if hubby will want to go to the gym later.

My cals are nowhere near high enough so far. I'm just not hungry today. I dunno. :worried: Surely eating will be more appealing once I get feeling 100%. I've spent the last few minutes searching bodybuilding.com for workout routines. Now I just have to narrow them down to one. I'm gonna get started on it tomorrow! ;)

I'm still feeling pretty icky today. Plus, I gotta go back to work. :bawling:

8:00 - 1 scoop protein powder
scripts, multi, b, c

I'm not planning on doing any cardio until I feel almost 100%. I plan on doing a full body workout after work. We'll see, though. I'm afraid that work will run me down, and I won't feel up to it come gym time. :worried:
