I haven't been eating much red meat lately. I'm currently cutting weight.
My daily nutrition consists of chicken breasts, chicken thighs, canned salmon, tuna, eggs/egg whites, powder, brocolli, almonds and oatmeal.
I don't drink alcohol and don't smoke.
I remember when I used to go to the gym I would get so pumped up and would be ready for a fight. That was the feeling I'd get after deadlifting or doing overhead presses. I don't get that feeling anymore since I'm currently cutting. Could my testosterone level drop due to my diet?
