Why urine smells like tuna after eating tuna?

Since I started eating tuna for my cutting diet my urine smell changed and believe it or not it smells a bit like tuna, is this a similar effect to the effect of curry on some people? They stink like curry and their urine does too.


Asparagus are another level of urine odors I wonder about sometimes too lol.

That's normal for your urine to smell differently depending on what is eaten. When I each golden crisp, bad chest meals lol, I can smell it for the next day.

Completely normal. Different foods change the way your urine smells. Notice how your urine smells different after you eat asparagus?

When purchasing tuna, buy the light tuna or skip jack versions. They have the lowest mercury content. Stay away from albacore tuna. You can safely eat one can of tuna per day if you stick with the low mercury options.
