50 yard sprints, 50 yard walk back.. 5x5, 5x10, 10x5.. if I have the stones for it ill add burpees.. this would be mon-fri in the mornings..
then at 7pm post workout 20min high pace, high incline walk..
I made it fine when I was on DNP, and then when I was on cycle.. but not in combination.. lets see..
