football players rarely fight
they get enough punishment from the game
there's a reason why hockey fucks have to grasp each other
there's no fucking traction enough to deliver a blow
so into the boards it is

in football all the contact is determined for the most part
football involves design and execution
hockey does too,but when the above breaks down then,and only then do you see some decent contact
otherwise it's figure skating waiting for a football game
