I dunno if you can make it there and stay under 10%. But that would be awsome! It is hard to say wear you can get naturaly, everybody is different. If you are still making decent progress the hold off on gear. But as long as you are close to your potential & have some hard years under your belt & you are say 23yrs + you are ready imo..
 
Started at 18, 6'3 185, 4 DEDICATED years later just before my first cycle I was 6'3 250 not fat a small belly but nothing visible through a shirt. Benched 200 at 18 got up to 350 naturally and every other lift grew just like that one did also. I could have kept going but I was ready to juice and was surrounded by it so I thought what the hell!!

I started when I was 18.. I was 6'1 175 lbs.. I got a ride to a D1 football school under the terms that I put on some size.... 8 weeks and 200mg of deca later I was 6'1 around 225 lbs.. I played for a year.. Got hurt.. Changed schools...
I stayed natty for about 3 years, maintaining the 225 lbs.. I wanted to go for a different look so now I cycle on and off withmy BF never getting over 11-12% at a weight of 210.

So I SHOUDLNT have cycled when I was 18. But in my case, it let me hit my peak sooner.. And fortunately I kept it...
BUT now I see no reason for men to use AS until they are around 25 years old.. Research has showed me how much test we actually have during those years..

THis is the absolute truth... I took 200mg per week (Brovel 200) for 8 weeks. I kept 40 something pounds.. My PCT was 50mg Clomid for a month...

It was unbelievable.. I really wouldn't have done it any other way...
I can't really tell if you are being serious or not.. LOL
 
im completely being serious

i recommend that cycle exclusively for every novice AAS user

alot of guys recommend test only. but i think they are missing out on a wonderful opportunity for an amazing growth threshhold with the deca only cycle
 
200 lean is great, defintely better than most people achieve (200 fat is meaningless but you know that already)

it cracks me up to read posts by people expecting to somehow be 230-240 (at an average height before someone who's 6'4" pipes up), natural and ripped, personally I blame the lies and bullshit of messageboard culture and BBing magazines for giving people diseased, ridiculous ideas of what is attainable.. as my man IA says, Arnie was 230 in contest condition on a ton of gear so why do people think they can do the same with average genetics and drug free?
 
I believe that aas has allowed me to gain more when I am natty as well. I was stuck at 170 6 feet after 5 years of hard training......I can hit 190 natty now no matter how low my weight gets.....

One thing to keep in mind when you start training really young is that your body would have gained muscle mass just doing everyday things and not lifting. When I started lifting at age 15, I was 145 lbs at 6 foot tall and by the time I graduated high school I was 185 lbs at age 18. My height hasnt changed since I was 15. I am sure I would have gained at least 20 pounds or so without lifting due to the kicking in of natural test during puberty. I figure I would have been about the size of my father, who doesnt lift, and he was about 180 lbs at 6 foot. So not all of that 40 pounds I put on was due to lifting.
I did my first cycle after I trained for 13 years when I was about 28 years old and weighed 225 pounds at the time. Now at 36 I weigh about 250 pounds. I dont think anyone can ever know if they hit their "genetic potential", but I felt like at 28 years old I had. When you change your diet and training around and nothing seems to pack on anymore pounds, that might be it.
