Who has used all there natural ability to get huge before they started roids? I notice many people on here and in real life that are hardly at my physique and have done cycles. I'm planning on getting to 200lbs natural 5'8'' before I even start my first cycle, what do you guys think about waiting until you have gone as far as natural will take you, opposed to starting while sooner?
 
It's all about genetics Bro,I for one could've never made it to 200lbs naturally.I did my first cycle when I was 25 with 9 years lifting serius yeah I made strenth gains,but its no fun being strong but skinny :worried:

I didn't wait, personally. I probably should have, but would have given up from frustration if I had- more than likely. But, I think if you've been training for 5+ years seriously, working with your diet and so forth, I can't blame a guy for doing a cycle. I busted my ass all through high school, took an extended layoff (3 years) and got sickly. Then I busted my ass again, gained 40 lbs. and then started experimenting. To each his own, I say. Different people have different genetics too: I mean, I gained 40+ lbs of muscle naturally and still looked skinny. Since then, it has been a pretty even mix of gains on and off cycles. By that, I mean that I still rely on diet and training and don't consider it a "gain" if I can't keep it while off for quite some time. That's just my thing. I like to try different ways and see what works for diet, training, supplements, juice etc etc. It's all about tinkering and trying to do it safely for me.

This is actually a good point being brought up. In my opinion, one should definately wait until one has a solid foundation not only physically, but technique-wise with lifting; if you have shitty form, you won't develope like you should to maximize the benefits from using. Anything less is a waste of time and gear. Gear makes it too easy to "cheat" with form, causing potential for injury. I've seen so many guys that use when they shouldn't and blame the riod on somehting that's actually their problem to begin with. If you condition yourself right, you'll avoid injury. Bottom line though is safety.

I started training naturally since i was 18 and did my first cycle at age 25. I believe i was at my natural max potential when i started steroids. At age 25 i was 6 ft tall; 220 Lbs; 12 % bf. After my first cycle i gained 30 lbs and kept 18 lbs.

I started when I was 36 years old. Training for most of my teen and adult life. Broken bones put training on hold for a few years, but I lifted hard again for a year before starting the first cycle.
