I didn't wait, personally. I probably should have, but would have given up from frustration if I had- more than likely. But, I think if you've been training for 5+ years seriously, working with your diet and so forth, I can't blame a guy for doing a cycle. I busted my ass all through high school, took an extended layoff (3 years) and got sickly. Then I busted my ass again, gained 40 lbs. and then started experimenting. To each his own, I say. Different people have different genetics too: I mean, I gained 40+ lbs of muscle naturally and still looked skinny. Since then, it has been a pretty even mix of gains on and off cycles. By that, I mean that I still rely on diet and training and don't consider it a "gain" if I can't keep it while off for quite some time. That's just my thing. I like to try different ways and see what works for diet, training, supplements, juice etc etc. It's all about tinkering and trying to do it safely for me.
