for 2M years humans ate just whole natural foods from the earth. processing fake foods did not come along until the 1900's and on.
we survived famines, wars, battles, climate change, plagues, floods, storms, etc. during that time doing it that way. yet now people think they need to eat foods from a package or take supplements to function? wow, shame on us for allowing food companies to dictate what we are supposed to eat
