Which leg exersizes doesn't make your ass grow?

Yeah, I know it sounds pretty stupid and funny but my ass gets bigger as I do leg exersizes. I know that glutes are involved in many of the leg movements but what are the ones which effect glutes less?

Could you just pick the ones from the below list?

- Squats (any specific type?)
- Leg Presses
- Leg Extensions
- Leg Curls
- Lunges

any other ones or change the execution of the above exercizes?

only squat and legpress build a "bigger" butt. the other ones only shape it really..try switching squats with front squats, to hit the quads more.
 
leg press actually gets very little into the glute activation pattern. probably less than 50% if you think of full hip extension.

Kinda depends on where you put your feet on the sled, but either way, presses tend to be more of a quad excercise.

Any excercise that works your hams (curls, lunges) will work your ass as well. Plus the compound stuff of course, squats and deads.

Hack squats will generally keep the glutes out of it. Front squats will activate less glute that back squats. Leg presses with your feet lower on the platform will hit less glutes than with feet up higher.
 
None of the good exercises keep your butt from growing. Remember....most of your "power and strength" come from your glutes...
